I offer Psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups.  I also offer Hypnosis and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy sessions for individuals and groups.  I can see you in person or over our HIPAA-secure Telehealth platform.  The majority of clients are seen over video, call, and text (Telehealth) throughout Colorado and Texas.  If you do not reside in one of these states, I cannot work with you.  This applies if you move during treatment, as well, so please keep this in mind. 

Texas:  Currently accepting Blue Cross Blue Shield of TX (HMO and PPO), Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Cigna, Oxford, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Oscar Health.  In process of accepting Anthem and Humana. Medicare should be approved by summer/fall 2024.

Colorado:  In process of accepting Tricare East, Tricare West, Cigna, Anthem, Humana, Oxford, United Healthcare, Aetna, and Oscar Health.  Medicare should be approved by summer/fall 2024.

Clients who have insurance:  Out-of-pocket charges for those with insurance will be determined by your insurance carrier and plan. 

Clients who do not have insurance:  Depending upon services provided, cash pay clients will be charged between $100-185 per session depending upon the session type and length.  You will know prior to your first session all anticipated charges and length of treatment so there are no surprises.  

Session Length:  Individual sessions typically last between 1-2 hours.  Group sessions are generally 90 minutes to 2 hours.

Clients I work with:  I usually see adults 18 and over, but I will take a limited number of adolescents and children depending upon the circumstances.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT AVAILABILITY IS NOT GUARANTEED!  Sadly, the United States is experiencing an estimated shortfall of 5 million mental health therapists!  My caseload stays very full, but when I have openings, I make time for everyone that I possibly can.  I make decisions on a case-by-case basis, as there are many factors that play a part in my decision making.  I will let you know when we talk what my availability looks like!
