Supervision in CO & TX

Clinical Supervision for Colorado LPC Candidates

Developing your identity as a therapist takes practice, reflection, and a place where you can ask honest questions. I offer clinical supervision for Colorado LPC candidates, with an emphasis on thoughtful care, professional growth, and building confidence in your clinical judgment.

Clinical Supervision for Texas LPC Candidates

Beginning July 2027

I plan to begin offering clinical supervision in Texas in July 2027. If you’re interested in future availability, please reach out to connect and discuss your supervision needs.

My Approach

I want supervision to be a collaborative space where you can discuss challenging cases, explore uncertainty, and learn without feeling that you need to have every answer. My approach combines support with constructive feedback, helping you recognize your strengths while identifying areas for continued growth.

As a Doctor of Behavioral Health and Licensed Professional Counselor, I bring experience in psychotherapy, integrated behavioral healthcare, and private practice. My current MBA studies at Rice University also inform my interest in the organizational and business aspects of clinical work.

Areas We Can Explore

  • Clinical skills and case conceptualization: Developing a clearer understanding of your clients’ needs and connecting treatment decisions to clinical goals.
  • Ethics and professional judgment: Working through boundaries, confidentiality, and difficult decisions in practice.
  • Assessment and documentation: Strengthening clinical reasoning, treatment planning, and documentation that accurately reflects your work.
  • Professional identity: Finding your voice as a therapist while remaining open to feedback and continued learning.
  • Caring for yourself as a clinician: Recognizing the emotional demands of this work and developing sustainable boundaries.
  • Integrated care and collaboration: Working effectively with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals.

Let’s Connect

Choosing a supervisor is an important professional decision. If you’re seeking supervision toward Colorado LPC licensure, please email Dr.LaraNeely@gmail.com with a brief introduction, your current practice setting, and your supervision needs.

We’ll discuss fit, availability, fees, and supervision arrangements before getting started.
